Housekeepers Development Programme in Malta 3 to 5 March 2014

Lycette & Associates will be presenting a unique programme for Housekeeping Managers. This is a 3 day workshop designed to provide a training programme to existing Housekeeping Managers that will deliver concrete Housekeeping Management skills to meet the business needs of the growing hospitality industry. Delivered in a choice of four modules, it focuses on Housekeeping specific financial management, housekeeping operations, staff training & development and quality control & property upkeep.
