“Quality Tools in Housekeeping” Presentation at IEHA Conference In Las Vegas November 2013

L&A Director, Liz Lycette presented “Quality Tools in Housekeeping” at the 47^th International Executive Housekeeper Association Conference and Convention on 17^th November at 11.00am at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. With over 300 attendees present Liz first presented practical tools to the audience and followed up with the latest trends and innovations in the global housekeeping scene. The feedback from those present was very encouraging.

The session was broken up with some stretching exercises to keep everyone energised. There was a great mix of housekeepers, facilities managers not only from Hotels but also hospitals, schools and universities, mixed facilities and aged care facilities.
