Master Students – training at Blue Mountains International Hotel School

From 1^st August – 4^th August, Liz spent time at the Blue Mountains International Hotel School campus at Leura in the mountains outside Sydney. She was asked to lecture 34 Masters (Hospitality Operations Management MCH603) students from all over the world over 2 days. The session ended with the students presenting their ideas for management on topics such as the pros and cons of outsourcing,  a 5 day training programme for new Room Attendants and sustainable best practice in Housekeeping. The programme continues in September with another 35 Masters students.
