Swiss-Belhotel International GMs conference attended by L&A

As L&A are the Corporate Housekeepers for Swiss- Belhotel International, Agnes represented L&A at the recent General Managers conference held in Batam from 19-22^nd March 2014. Agnes, who was introduced by Bill Vincent, Regional Director of Operations and Projects made a powerful presentation with the results of the audits conducted over the year using the new internet platform of Sassie.

With over 40 hotels in Indonesia alone, L&A visit each property twice a year to review all housekeeping operations giving the management team guidance and tools to help improve operations and deliver better products and services to all Swiss-Belhotel International guests.
