Walsh Integrated – Inspection software

While Liz was at the ISSA show In Las Vegas late 2013  she met up with the team on the Walsh Integrated stand and was introduced to their QA inspector systems. The company was formed in 1992 and was originally designed to conduct cleaning inspections on mobile devices for hospitals. It has since grown and now services hotels, aged care facilities and schools along with the original hospitals.

There are 3 main products available – The QA inspector which gives checklists for inspections and all the reports which come with that, the rounds tracker for checking full facility operations and the mobile survey solutions system.

The QA inspector app can be customised by the client with different room types and different types of inspections, there is also the ability to upload photos for training purposes. Performance is tracked and reports can be generated based on individual inspections.

It’s great to see more software available to help Housekeepers track their quality and improve standards.
